Chances are pretty good you haven’t just stumbled on this website. Well what ever your reason for visiting; potential employer, interested new client or maybe a search engine did just lead you here by chance, either way welcome.

You’ll notice right away there are no forums, no blog, no polls and that all of the content is, well, about me. It is after all christopheramiller.com. So why isn’t this a site with all of that stuff? Because after 15 years in the advertising business, over ten of which spent involved in interactive marketing, I thought I’d better have my own site.

It’s not flashy with flash, doesn’t use style sheets and isn’t built in the latest version of drupal but if you’re here to find out a little more about me you’ve come to the right place. Besides, you shouldn’t be hiring me for my coding skills, but rather my ability to lead the team that plans / creates / builds (and a bunch more verbs) the successful online marketing campaign.

So when you look at my samples, don’t think “wow, he built that site?” That’s like asking the mechanic if he built the car he’s fixing or the architect about the building she built. There’s been a team behind and maybe ahead of them in the completion of their project. In some way large or small they’ve been involved, but just like successful online marketing it takes a team.

What makes the successful team? Depending who you ask it’s the coach, the franchise star or the strong bench that pulls it all together. I know, I’ve been all three, both in sports and business. The past years I suppose I’ve been the coach and team leader, maybe it’s the thinning hair, I think it’s the wealth of experience I’ve garnered from running successful businesses and working in large and small agency environments.

Well, if you’ve made it this far, perhaps you’ll continue on through the site. You won’t find bandwidth hogging needless flash animation on your journey, instead savor in the images and copy. Perhaps after your viewing you’ll email me or call, check the contact page. Looking forward to hearing from you.
